以英文介紹國內苔蘚植物的圖書,本書蒐羅數百種台灣常見及珍稀的苔蘇物種照片,有專業圖鑑性質,可供國內學術研究與教學參考
According with references, it is estimated that about 487 species belonging to 2 phyla, 42 families and 121 genera of liverworts and hornworts had been present in the Taiwan. The species diversity and density is high, but has no any complete liverworts and hornworts flora of Taiwan till now. “The liverworts and hornworts of Taiwan Volume I, Lejeuneaceae” was published in 2009. And this book: Volume II, that contains 12 families of the liverworts and hornworts of Taiwan. The keys, descriptions, illustrations, comments, habitats, distributions and voucher specimens of every taxa are included.
