Abstract:
This book was written to assist prospective innovators and/or inventors in building the essential foundation and mindset for a fruitful and sustainable innovation journey. The learning throughout the author’s 18 years of industry engagements in technical innovation was compressed into a 10-day journey (about 5-10 minutes each day) to help accelerate your path to becoming a productive innovator. The principles shared in this book are applicable across the industries.
About the Author:
Bok Eng works as a signal integrity engineer and an engineering manager in one of the most reputable semiconductor companies. He has been working in the electronics industry since graduating from Universiti Sains Malaysia in 2005. He has more than 40 technical publications and 180+ issued patents in the technical subjects of signal and power integrity, advanced packaging, and electronic device form-factor miniaturization. Bok Eng is a four-time recipient of the prestigious Intel Top Inventor Award. He also made his way into the Malaysia Book of Records as the Inventor with the Most Worldwide Patent Grants in 2022. Bok Eng is a senior member of the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE), an EXCO member of the Malaysia TRIZ Innovation Association (MyTRIZ), and the Malaysian Invention and Design Society (MINDS). His unwavering dedication to promoting innovation has impacted more than 3,000 students and professionals at both national and international levels.
