A film producer, writer, culinary explorer, food critic, tour guide, TV presenter, tea merchant, gourmet retailer, lifestyle guru, calligrapher, YouTuber...and probably the Last Dandy in Hong Kong. Born in Singapore, Chua Lam has made Hong Kong his home since 1963.
