黨益民，陝西富平人，1963年出生，武警交通指揮部宣傳處處長。中國作家協會會員，中國報告文學學會會員。先后出版《喧囂荒塬》、《一路格桑花》等四部長篇小說，一部散文集，發表報告文學獎、巴金文學院文學獎。報告文學多次獲國家級獎項，入選中國文學排行榜，收入《中國年度最佳報告文學》、《中國報告文學精選》等書。
