分為兩個部分：一、AP美國史綱。按照2015年改革后最新大綱編寫，以時間順序為主，分8個單元，講解美國歷史的史實和總體演進趨勢。正文以核心考點或者黑體字指出考核重點。各單元后，附該時期內的重要歷史事件表。學生可以全面理解和重點掌握必備的應試知識。二、備考專題。先介紹新AP美國歷史考試概況，包括題型、知識點占比、評分標准、考試特點等，再詳解各類題型答題技巧，幫學生迅速熟知得分點。最后是一套模擬試題及答案，用於考前自測，查漏補缺。
陳優驥，北京師范大學學士，美國新澤西理工大學碩士。美國大學理事會認證的AP世界歷史示范教師。從2007年開始接觸國際教育，是國內最早教授國際課程的教師之一，主攻方向為世界歷史及美國歷史，熟悉AP，IB，A-level，WACE等各類國際課程體系中歷史課程的考點和重點，教學成果突出，是深受學生和社會認可的資深AP歷史教師。曾先后榮獲傑出教師、優秀指導教師，優秀教育工作者，教學成果突出貢獻獎等多項校級和社會榮譽。
